Being plant collectors and buyers ourselves, we do our best to create a fair and positive experience for both our customers.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure we can resolve any shipping issues quickly and fairly, we ask that all customers record an unboxing video upon receiving their order. This protects both ourselves and the customer, allowing us to confidently provide replacements or refunds if a plant arrives dead. 

Guaranteed Live Arrival: A clear unboxing video is required for any refund, replacement, or exchange and should be sent to us within 2 hours of delivery. Please send all unboxing videos to phytorotplantco@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping and are not covered by our guarantee, though we’ll do our best to work with you if the damage may affect the survival of the plant.

No Video, No Coverage: Without an unboxing video, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Delivery Window
If you’re unable to accept your package within 2 hours of delivery, please contact us so we can better accommodate you and your schedule. We can gladly hold orders or ship on specific days upon request!
